Who I am
Curious about people
I’m from Brabant, raised in a warm household where the door was always open. That’s where my curiosity about people comes from. It took me to Los Angeles for a while, later to Rotterdam, and taught me to look at someone without judgment. These days I live just north of Amsterdam, with my wife and our kids. The city is half an hour away.
Talk to me for a few minutes and you’ll feel it. I really listen, and I’m never in a hurry. My background as a psychotherapist helps with that, I pick up quickly on what you don’t say out loud. Respect and discretion aren’t rules I have to remind myself of. That’s just who I am.
What I look like
Well-groomed, athletic, and just as at home in a nice restaurant as in jeans on the couch. I’m 5’11, with dark blond hair and brown eyes. I stand out, but not in a way that makes you uncomfortable. Some days a suit that fits just right, other days something casual. You and the occasion decide that, not me.
